Sea-Doo Spark / GTI 90 Output Shaft Seal Kit – Optional Output Sleeve

Genuine BRP service-parts bundle for the output-shaft/PTO seal assembly on compatible Sea-Doo Spark and GTI 90 / Rotax 900 ACE applications. Choose the seal kit on its own, or add one of the two output sleeves below.

• 1 × 420450080 — PTO cover gasket.
• 2 × 420450165 — oil seal.
• 1 × 420947500 — distance ring.
• 1 × 420945693 — retaining ring.
• 1 × 420850220 — inner oil seal.
• 1 × 420945820 — retaining ring.
• 1 × 509000181 — Oetiker ear clamp.

Output sleeve options

• Seal kit only: the seven part numbers above, eight individual pieces.
• With 420947573: the complete seal kit plus one genuine BRP output sleeve, part 420947573.
• With 420947574: the complete seal kit plus one genuine BRP output sleeve, part 420947574.

Output sleeves vary with engine and production version. Select the sleeve part number specified for your engine; the two sleeves are alternative choices and are not supplied together. Confirm all included part numbers against your model’s parts diagram, or contact Action Sports Direct for help. This bundle contains only the parts listed above.
